Carly Bradley is an attorney at Sessums Black, P.A., where she represents clients in the area of marital and family law. She brings a well-rounded legal background that includes litigation, corporate counsel experience, regulatory compliance, and child advocacy, allowing her to approach each matter with both practical insight and compassion.

Before joining Sessums Black, Carly served as a Senior Attorney with Florida’s Department of Children and Families, Children’s Legal Services, where she represented the agency in juvenile dependency proceedings. In that role, she handled hearings involving the protection of vulnerable children, drafted pleadings and legal memoranda, and responded to emergency shelter and placement matters.

Previously, Carly practiced with Curry Law Group in Brandon, where she represented clients in complex civil and family law matters. Her experience included litigation, discovery, mediation, contract review and negotiation, and counseling clients through challenging legal disputes.

Earlier in her career, Carly served as Corporate Counsel for Consulate Health Care, providing legal guidance to skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living facilities across 21 states. Her work focused on healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, employment and acquisition agreements, government investigations, and corporate compliance. She also served as Interim Corporate Compliance Officer, leading compliance initiatives and working with agencies including the Office of Inspector General, Office for Civil Rights, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Carly earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Stetson University College of Law in 2013. While at Stetson, she was a Merit Scholar and Honors Program student, served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Stetson Law Review, competed on the Stetson Moot Court Board, and held leadership positions within the Health Care Law Association.
