Hillsborough County Collaborative Family Law Practice Administrative Order

August 6, 2012

On July 31, 2012, Administrative Order S-2012-041 was entered for the  Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, outlining the roles, responsibilities, and procedures for the collaborative practice of family law.  Click on the link below to read the order.  Collaborative law is an alternative dispute resolution process that typically costs less, takes less time, causes less stress, and opens up possibilities normally not available through the traditional litigation of family law issues.  Attorneys Caroline Black, Alexander Caballero, and Jennifer Ficarrotta are all trained to assist clients in their efforts to achieve their goals through the collaborative family law process.
