Kendall Tobin has more than five years of experience as a legal assistant and paralegal working in marital and family law matters.

Her background includes legal research and drafting pleadings, motions and notices, affidavits, proposed orders, and final judgments. She also manages correspondence to judiciary, opposing counsel and clients, and discovery and preparations for trial, mediation, and hearings.

Kendall studied Political Science and French at the University of Pittsburg and Political Science at the University of North Florida. She anticipates completing her bachelor’s degree in 2022 at the University of South Florida. She also is a Florida Notary Public. Kendall devotes 100 percent of her practice to marital and family law.
