Paralegal Samantha Falasca has more than 15 years of legal experience, with an extensive background in family law and civil litigation. She has supported attorneys in matters ranging from dissolution of marriage, paternity, modification, enforcement, and complex parenting disputes to high-volume civil litigation.

Throughout her career, Samantha has managed cases from intake through resolution, with experience in legal drafting, discovery, financial document review, hearing and mediation coordination, trial preparation, deadline management, and client relations. She also has experience developing law firm procedures and litigation workflows, implementing case-management systems, and coordinating with attorneys, clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and other professionals.

Samantha is pursuing an Associate of Science in Social Work at Pasco-Hernando State College and previously completed undergraduate coursework at the University of Tampa. She is a Florida Notary Public and is proficient in a wide range of legal, case-management, document-management, and e-filing systems.
