Tampa Judge Dismisses Same Sex Divorce Case
On May 9, 2014, a Hillsborough County judge dismissed a petition for the dissolution of a same sex marriage holding the court did not have jurisdiction to dissolve the marriage because the marriage was not recognized under Florida law.
