On August 21, 2016, Paralegal Frank J. Steinbeck, Jr. celebrated four years of outstanding service at Sessums Black PA.   Frank joined MB&C in 2012 bringing with him over five years of civil litigation experience.  He subsequently earned his Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies through South University in 2014.  Congratulations, Frank!
