Karina attended the Southern California School of Interpretation with an emphasis on interpreting criminal proceedings. She worked in several different industries before joining us, bringing years’ worth of experience in reception and administration.
Since joining the firm in 2007, Karina has been a reliable, professional, and welcoming presence. Her attention to detail and calm approach help keep everything moving smoothly. Whether the day is routine or calls for flexibility and quick thinking, she consistently does whatever it takes to support the team.

Jacqueline Urra Celebrates Work Anniversary

Please join us in celebrating Sessums Black Administrative Assistant and Scheduler Jackie Urra, as she marks four years with the firm today. Jackie returned to Sessums Black in 2022 for her second chapter with the firm, having previously been part of the team from 2005 to 2007. A Tampa native and graduate of Hillsborough Community College, Jackie brings valuable experience across multiple practice areas, including Family Law, Criminal Law, Nursing Home Abuse, and Business and Commercial Disputes.
Over the past year, Jackie has continued to be a dependable and steady presence for our team, consistently demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a thoughtful approach to her work. Her experience and commitment are essential to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
